New Humanity’s representative office in Geneva is responsible for its activities at <\/strong>UNOG<\/strong>,<\/a> the Geneva headquarters of the United Nations (Palais des Nations).<\/p>\n

In particular, the representation of New Humanity at the United Nations has promoted numerous initiatives<\/strong> at the UN Human Rights Council <\/a>over the years. It is currently engaged by Oral and Written <\/span>Statements<\/span> during the sessions of <\/span>t<\/span>he Human Rights Council and <\/span>participating<\/span> in Working Groups concerning the defense of the following rights and issues:<\/span> <\/span>Right to International Solidarity,<\/span><\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/span>Right to Development, Right to Education, Unilateral <\/span>Coercive<\/span> Measures<\/span>, Family, Migrants, Older <\/span>Persons<\/span> and Extreme Poverty<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

New Humanity in Geneva is also an active member of the Forum of Catholic-inspired NGOs<\/a>, which animates important debates and organizes several side-events on various themes.
