Register here.<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>From <strong>January to March 2025<\/strong>, as part of the MediterraNEW project, further online training sessions are planned to <strong>strengthen the skills of organizations working with young people, improving the quality of their approach and communication with them<\/strong>. A special session will be dedicated to the development of volunteering, presenting interesting ways to activate this path. The goal is to provide participants with essential skills to design inclusive social initiatives with high impact and sustainability in the Mediterranean region for young people.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>&#x1f5d3;&#xfe0f; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.new-humanity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/EN-Calendar_rev.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACCESS THE CALENDAR<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Who Can Join?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>While the primary participants include staff and volunteers from partner organizations, the training is open to a wider audience, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Staff from the International Focolare Movement Center (MdF)<\/li>\n<li>Regional project development offices<\/li>\n<li>Youth centers and dialogue coordinators<\/li>\n<li>Educators, young professionals, and staff from other social organizations interested in enhancing their skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Training Goals<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn to improve the sustainability of your organization and increase youth inclusion.<\/li>\n<li>Acquire skills to communicate more effectively with young people.<\/li>\n<li>Enhance exchange and mobility among Mediterranean youth, including through volunteer projects.<\/li>\n<li>Improve the ability to create networks and effective collaborations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Course Structure<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Phase 1 (2 sessions):<\/strong> NEW DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phase 2 (3 sessions):<\/strong> PATHWAYS FOR YOUTH VOLUNTEERING DEVELOPMENT<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phase 3 (1 session):<\/strong> INSTITUTIONAL COMMUNICATION<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Language and Accessibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>While the training will primarily be conducted in Italian, modules will be available in English, French, Spanish, Croatian and Arabic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Course Logistics<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> All sessions will take place in the evening, from 19:15 to 21:00 (CET).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Platform:<\/strong> The sessions will be held online via Zoom, with materials and recordings available in a shared folder on Drive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Costs and Registration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The course is free for staff and volunteers of partner organizations in the <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.new-humanity.org\/en\/project\/mediterranew\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M.E.D.I.T.erraNEW<\/a><\/b> projects. It is also free for participants from non-EU countries. For other European participants not affiliated with partner organizations, a contribution of \u20ac15 is required. Details on registration and payment will be provided upon registration.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Certification<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Participants who attend at least 80% of the sessions will receive a certificate of participation from New Humanity.
