2025 Geneva New Humanity Representation Activities

The main activities carried out by New Humanity NGO in Geneva are the following:

• Follow up of the three annual sessions of the Human Rights Council and other important events taking place at the U.N. in Geneva.
• Continued engagement in the various Working Groups (WGs) and Platforms on various
• issues, namely: Right to Development, International Solidarity, Right to Education, Family, Older Persons.
• Active participation in the annual interfaith event to celebrate World Peace Day organized by the Nunciature and with representatives from Islam, Hinduism and Christianity (Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox).
• Several ‘Oral Statements’ and ‘Written Statements’, proposed by various NGOs, were signed during the various sessions of the Human Rights Councils
• Active collaboration continues with Catholic-inspired NGOs and other denominational and non-denominational NGOs, participating in events promoted by each and signing joint statements.
