The “Giardino di Foco Faith Plan” launches a pilot project and long-term strategic Eco-Plan that integrates the cittadella’s own mission/vision planning process with existing youth leadership formation programs in the Focolare Movement both on premise and in the Movement’s other strategic locations. This youth-driven yet intergenerational effort balances concrete action with analysis and reflection, to build an immediately effective and steadily growing team. The project intends to serve as a model for other projects within the cittadella, and to help Montet to become an ecological model for other cittadelle.

Mission

Orient the Mariapolis Foco and its existing vision/mission planning process to strategize in collaboration with the reform of the Focolare Movement’s formation schools in pursuit of an integral ecology.

Main Goals

• Gather, understand and present the history, stakeholders, plans, risks and opportunities relevant to an integral ecology at the Mariapolis Foco.
• Launch and promote a long term, holistic, strategic EcoPlan for the Mariapolis Foco.
• Establish project continuity in terms of financing and personnel.
